Here’s the Buzz from our Scaled Inference team about MAU 2019!

MAU is the world’s leading mobile acquisition and retention summit. This event features dozens of speakers in a variety of themed tracks - including growth! Here’s what we can’t wait to see and hear.

Wednesday check out Ramsey Kail, Group Product Manager of Overstock, and Vicente Zavarce, Director of User Acquisition at Postmates discussing how prioritizing customer data drives growth in their talk “Delivering a Great Customer Experience Requires Great Data.” To learn about seamless, personalized user experience join Ahmed Darwish, VP of Product & Marketing at STARZ, and Momchil Kyurkchiev, Co-founder & CEO of Leanplum as they discuss incorporating an overall mobile engagement strategy into your marketing toolkit. We can’t wait to hear from Lyft, who will be sharing their biggest takeaways from the last year. Sigal Bareket, Director of Growth, will unveil 4 ways to improve campaign ROIs and a glimpse under the hood of communications within the rideshare powerhouse.

Curious about brand vs. performance marketing? Attend the panel discussion with growth leaders from YouAppi, Smule, AppLoving, and Mobile Dev memo where they will answer challenging questions regarding brand initiatives and measurement. The morning wraps up with Nate Moch, VP of Product Teams at Zillow, sharing a new paradigm about user behavior and how to hone these secrets for supercharged growth. Enjoy the expo hall and round out the afternoon with an eye-opening session hosted by Gadi Eliashiv, CEO and Co-founder, Singular, discussing a topic near and dear to our hearts - “The Rise of the Chief Growth Officer, and the New Growth Stack They’re Building.”

Thursdays sessions pack a punch starting with the story of Linkedin’s incredible growth journey, Kiran Prasad, VP of Product at Linkedin and Nora Ali, Anchor at Cheddar dive into building a sticky product and how a member first culture builds community, a driving principle to experiencing incredible growth. We all want to achieve unicorn status, learn from Holly Chen, Head of Digital Marketing & Senior Group Manager of Growth Marketing at Slack as she discusses how Slack achieved their success while leveraging a multi-channel, multi-device product in a B2B market. Adam Hadi, VP of Marketing at Current, will discuss the rising popularity of “Influencer Marketing in 2019”, could your growth strategy depend on this emerging trend?

The afternoon gets exciting as the topic turns to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (swoon!). First, Matthias Keller Chief Scientist & SVP of Tech at Kayak and Adam Lovallo Editor at Grow.co discuss “AI Implementation in Travel Recommendation & Reviews.” Followed by Yishai Knobel Co-founder and CEO of Helparound and Ori Shaashua, Co-Founder and VP of Product at Neura who explore how AI has transformed the user journey to the human journey (something we at Scaled Inference love to discuss). The afternoon wraps up with “Creating Shoppable Experiences in a Mobile-First World” a Snapchat perspective on Social Media and mobile buyers with Badi Badkoube, Head of Global Product Marketing.

While members of our team will be in attendance, you won’t find a Scaled Inference booth at MAU this year. Let’s meet, reserve a time to chat with us (here).
